What happens to what you leave
The form goes to a function on this hosting. That puts the appointment in my calendar and sends two emails: one to you with the confirmation and one to me. After that the site itself keeps nothing. No third party script, no cookie, no tracker. Who handles the mail and the calendar for me, and how long it stays, is set out on the privacy page.
One email address can hold one appointment. If you want to move it, reply to your confirmation.
