What I do

Everything in Gold and everything in Carbon, and I come and look. What I hear in our conversations, I test on site against what I see.

What you get

Twelve months. Everything in Gold and everything in Carbon, plus:

• Six days on location, with you.
• Six sessions with the people around you.
• Contact outside the set sessions, whenever it’s needed. No fixed schedule; for what can’t wait there is Performance critical.
• Performance critical: I join you within 24 hours.
• Travel and accommodation within Europe are included. Outside Europe we agree the terms separately.

What it brings

You and your environment move in the same direction, at the same pace. What I have seen, you do not need to explain to me. When it turns acute, I am at the table within 24 hours.

Investment

By proposal, after the analysis. You know what it costs before you commit to anything.

I take on four Black programmes a year.

From: if you want me on site for more than six days, that is added.

Twelve months. You can cancel per paid period. The terms are in the agreement.

If you start the Gold, Carbon or Black programme within thirty days of the report, the analysis is deducted from the price.

Performance critical

Sometimes it turns acute. A coach who leaves at the last minute. An injury right before the moment you worked towards. In Black, I step in within 24 hours.

For teams and organisations

When I work with a team, a club or a company, the organisation is my client. The programme is the same.

Discretion

Your name never goes out. Not to the media, not on social media, not as a way to grow my business. Confidentiality goes without saying. References are available on request.

Cooling off period

If you buy as a private individual, you have fourteen days to change your mind from the moment we agree the engagement. In that time you can withdraw without giving a reason. If you want me to start within those fourteen days, I ask you to confirm that explicitly, and in doing so you acknowledge that your right to withdraw ends once the programme has been carried out in full. If you withdraw after that, you pay only for the part already carried out. If you buy through a company, team or federation, this does not apply.
