Gold.
The internal environment.

For whom

You deliver yourself, and what holds you back is in you. Not in the people around you.

Why

Talent and willpower carry you to a certain level. Above it, your weakest link decides how far you go, and that is the one you see least clearly yourself. Until it is identified, you keep training what is already strong.

What I do

I apply the Human Performance Code to you. Eight components, and you perform at the level of the weakest. First I establish which one gives way first. That sets the order.

What you get

• Twelve months.
• Two two-hour sessions a month, online. I prepare every session and work it out afterwards.
• A measurement of where you stand every month.
• If you run into something in between, send me a voice memo. On working days I reply within 24 hours, by voice memo as well.
• The Human Performance Code applied to you, the weakest link first.

What it brings

You know which link gives way first and what you do when it does. Under pressure you reach the level you already have at rest. Each month the measurement shows whether that holds.

Investment

By proposal, after the analysis. You know what it costs before you commit to anything.

From: if you want me on site at specific moments, that is added.

Twelve months. You can cancel per paid period. The terms are in the agreement.

If you start the Gold, Carbon or Black programme within thirty days of the report, the analysis is deducted from the price.

Discretion

Your name never goes out. Not to the media, not on social media, not as a way to grow my business. Confidentiality goes without saying. References are available on request.

What I expect from you

Full commitment. What you can expect from me is in this offer. What I expect from you is the same.

Content and investment of Gold, Carbon and Black, by email.

Cooling off period

If you buy as a private individual, you have fourteen days to change your mind from the moment we agree the engagement. In that time you can withdraw without giving a reason. If you want me to start within those fourteen days, I ask you to confirm that explicitly, and in doing so you acknowledge that your right to withdraw ends once the programme has been carried out in full. If you withdraw after that, you pay only for the part already carried out. If you buy through a company, team or federation, this does not apply.

What I work with

I work with the Human Performance Code. All eight links are set out at thehumanperformancecode.com.

Twenty minutes. It commits you to nothing.
