Why

Carbon is strong because of the weave, not because of one thread. An environment works the same way. The strongest person cannot reach their level in a weave that holds them back, and more effort only adds friction.

What I do

I analyse the environment you perform in and determine the maximum capacity the people in it can reach. We start with two points: where you stand now and where you want to go. Then we lay out the route, working back from the goal.

What you get

• Twelve months.
• Two two-hour sessions a month. I prepare every session and work it out afterwards.
• A measurement of where you stand every month.
• If you run into something in between, send me a voice memo. On working days I reply within 24 hours.
• An analysis of your environment and the maximum capacity the people in it can reach.

What it brings

You know the maximum the people around you can reach and where it is leaking now. The choices that were left lying are made. There is a route with milestones, and each month you see whether you are on it.

Investment

By proposal, after the analysis. You know what it costs before you commit to anything.

From: if I speak with more people around you, or you want me on site at specific moments, that is added.

Twelve months. You can cancel per paid period. The terms are in the agreement.

If you start the Gold, Carbon or Black programme within thirty days of the report, the analysis is deducted from the price.

Discretion

Your name never goes out. Not to the media, not on social media, not as a way to grow my business. Confidentiality goes without saying. References are available on request.

Cooling off period

If you buy as a private individual, you have fourteen days to change your mind from the moment we agree the engagement. In that time you can withdraw without giving a reason. If you want me to start within those fourteen days, I ask you to confirm that explicitly, and in doing so you acknowledge that your right to withdraw ends once the programme has been carried out in full. If you withdraw after that, you pay only for the part already carried out. If you buy through a company, team or federation, this does not apply.
